Check if the suction hose is blocked. Run warm water through the detergent system to attempt to unblock it. To do this, fill up a small container with luke-warm water. Insert the detergent hose into the warm-water container and use the machine on the detergent setting, (Mix/ Low/ Soap). If you can see that the level of warm water is decreasing, you have sucessfully managed to unblock the suction hose. Reconnect the detergent bottle as per the instruction manual and try again.
