Online Shop Return Authorization
We believe that you will be delighted with your product purchased in our Online Shop karcher.ca but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.
VALID ONLY FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON KARCHER.CA
You may return any unused, undamaged items in their original packaging, purchased online from our Online Shop karcher.ca within 30 days (in accordance with our refunds policy stated above) of delivery (based on Purolator tracking delivery date) – for a full refund of the purchase price as set out below. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or wrongly shipped items.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be included with any item returned to us. Use the form below to request your Number.
We will issue your RMA to you by email. It can take up to 5 business days for us to process your request and issue your RMA.
Be sure to include your RMA in your package before putting it into the mail.
Items must be returned in the original packaging to the address provided in the RMA. Please note for safety issue: pressure washers with gasoline engines must be free of gas and oil before being shipped for a return.
We will refund your money for the product. Pay only for shipping – return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or wrongly shipped items. Refunds are credited back to customers’ Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit cards, PayPal accounts.
