Returns and refunds policy
PRODUCT EXCHANGE/ REFUND
If a customer is not fully satisfied with the goods he/she had purchased, he/she can return them to the same authorised dealers for an exchange and/or refund (please check with the respective dealers on their return policies).
If the purchase was made directly via Karcher, the exchange or refund will be processed at Karcher Centre (30 Teban Gardens Crescent Singapore 608927). Goods may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase, or date of delivery if it is a delivered item.
All returned goods must be unused, undamaged and complete with original packaging/ accessories.
All refunds and exchanges are subjected to provision of Original Invoice.
