Exchange policy
We offer a 1-to-1 exchange warranty for eligible products under the following conditions:
The product must be within the warranty period.
It must have a manufacturer defect or functional issue (not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear). The issue must be reported within 7 days of discovering the defect.
The original proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required.
The product should be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
Our service technician will assess the item; if eligible, an immediate 1-to-1 exchange will be provided, subject to stock availability.
