SCRUBBER DRYER FEATURES
Scrubber dryers are used to clean floors efficiently by applying water and detergent, scrubbing the floor with rotating brushes and simultaneously vacuuming up the dirty water. The scrubber dryers are equipped with automatic detergent dosing. This allows for flexible use of detergents on different floors and types of dirt, protecting against overdosing and saving resources.
Auto-rinse
By connecting a quick-release coupling to the machine, tank cleaning is carried out automatically – without splashing or contact with dirty water.
Auto-fill
The automatic water filling system stops automatically when the tank is full, giving employees additional time for equipment maintenance.
KIK
Kärcher Intelligent Key enables individual settings, such as the choice of language for each user, thereby not only increasing safety by preventing incorrect operation but also saving resources by preventing incorrect dosages.
KART

Auto!Vac
Auto!Vac is the efficiency feature of the new B 80 W scrubber dryer. Thanks to intelligent floor detection, a vacuum sensor in the suction channel automatically detects whether the floor is smooth or rough. The suction power is then automatically regulated between high and low. This ensures optimum vacuuming results at all times – with energy savings of up to 10 per cent compared to standard mode.
Dose!Detection
Dose!Detection is the cleaning assistant that ensures consistently optimal results. Thanks to optical fill level control, a sensor in the dosing system monitors the availability of detergent and automatically indicates when the system is empty and needs refilling. This prevents incorrect cleaning and guarantees the highest cleaning quality from the B 80 W at all times.
Lithium-ion batteries
Our powerful and long-lasting lithium iron phosphate batteries provide a real energy boost for your cleaning machine. Thanks to their high energy density, they have been proven to increase efficiency in the cleaning process and optimise the cleaning performance of your scrubber dryers.
ECO!Flow
Thanks to speed-dependent water dosing, Kärcher scrubber dryers use 30 per cent less water and detergent and improve suction performance and thus safety – especially when cornering and driving slowly.
eco!efficiency
eco!efficiency is the resource-saving and sustainable alternative for daily cleaning. With runtimes that are 11 to 20 per cent longer and noise emissions that are around 1.5 dB(A) lower, this saves water, detergent and energy.

Raw materials and the circular economy
Plastics such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) are used, which come from post-industrial plastic waste and recycled sources such as PET bottles or packaging. This reduces the need for new raw materials and actively supports a sustainable production cycle. A key advantage lies in the conservation of resources: recycled materials require significantly less energy to produce than new plastics. Studies by the Fraunhofer Institute show that energy consumption can be reduced by up to 88 per cent. This means less energy consumption, lower material usage and a noticeable reduction in environmental impact. At the same time, plastic waste is reused in a meaningful way, strengthening the circular economy.
Holistic approach and quality
