Warranty

• Only applicable for products, not included accessories, purchased from Kärcher's online shop and pop-up store in Hong Kong (Do not apply to products purchased outside Hong Kong).
  
  
• Products purchased from our dealers (e.g Shun Hing), please follow their warranty terms.
  
  
• Customers must present the original invoice to enjoy this warranty.
  
  
• This machine has a unique serial number which must not be altered or removed.
  
  
• This machine is intended for private use at home and not for commercial purposes.
  
  
• Warranty is only valid under normal usage. Any damage caused by improper usage, overuse or man-made damage (such as
  impact from fall over, over twisting the cable, improper storage, or wrong operations) is not cover by warranty.
  
  
• Warranty does not include consumables, such as wear & tear parts and loss of accessories. For battery products, warranty does not include the natural wear and tear of the battery.
  
  
• Warranty does not cover the damage caused by the use of non-original Karcher parts and accessories.
  
  
• Warranty will be void if the machine is repaired by an un-authorized dealer or not by a Karcher technician.
  
  
• Damage caused by natural disasters, pests is not covered by this warranty.
